Lena Savage was born and raised in Gothenburg, Sweden. There she worked as a photographer. She moved to the US in 1974 and worked as an architect for 20 years. She started painting in 1995, taking classes from Joan Gunther, Cathy Quiel and Frank Covino.
Lena is a member of Santa Barbara and Goleta Valley Art Associations. Her work is on display at Gallery 113, the Falkner Gallery in Santa Barbara, Goleta Library and Step One Gallery in Carpinteria.
